Adarsh, has a full fledge manufacturing in house facility. Our factory has a complete manufacturing capabilities which includes Shearing Machines, Power presses, Press Brake, Welding machines, Paint Booth & 100% Power Back through Generators.
Raw Material
Our Raw Material is being purchase from reputed manufacturers only.
This Raw Material includes Steel, Chemicals, Paint etc. For Example. We Purchase Steel only of Steel authority of India, Tata, Essar Steel, Espat.
Cleaning & Painting Process
We undertake cleaning process and remove all the grease and oil which may be on steel before painting. This is important, as without Chemical treatment there will no good adherence of the paint to the Steel Surface. |
The Chemical Process includes Decreasing and Phosphating process.
The material is then painted to ensure a good life and proper finish of Display Rack.
